Mazafati Dates also known as Rutab Dates are one of the most famous, tasty and nutritious varieties of dates. The main source of Mazafati is the city of Bam in Iran, where they grow in the dry tropical sun and fertile soils. They are carefully selected and picked at the peak of ripeness, ensuring their highest quality. Dates do not contain preservatives or added sulfites - they are 100% natural.

Taste and texture: The moisture content of the pulp is from 15% to 35%, a natural delicate taste that can be compared to caramel with noticeable notes of chocolate and brown sugar.

Mazafati dates have an attractive, dark brown color and soft, fleshy flesh.

The size of the date fruit is usually between 2.5 and 4 cm.

Mazafati dates are full of vitamins, fiber and potassium. You can eat them straight from the package as a sweet snack or remove the pit and stuff the date with peanut butter or goat cheese.
